How does personalization work?

Choose your ornament design, type the name, date, or message you'd like, and preview it live on the ornament before you order. We print exactly what you enter — so please double-check your spelling!

How long does production take?

Every ornament is personalized and made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

When should I order for Christmas delivery?

- Order by December 12 for standard US delivery before Christmas.

- Order by December 14–16 with express shipping for delivery before Christmas.

Cutoff dates are estimates and not guaranteed — we recommend ordering early.

What if I made a spelling mistake in my personalization?

Because each ornament is custom-printed with the exact text you entered, we cannot return or refund personalized items for spelling errors made by the customer. Please review your text carefully — including names, dates, and capitalization — before placing your order.

What if my ornament arrives damaged, or there's an error on our end?

If your ornament arrives damaged, or if we made an error in printing your personalization, contact us right away with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Personalization begins quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only.
